“Ice at Santa Monica” Returns for 2nd Year For the second year in a row, visitors to Downtown Santa Monica can now glide, spiral and spin in a real winter wonderland of ice. The parking lot at 5th Street and Arizona Avenue has once again been transformed into an ice skating rink, thanks to a partnership between the Bayside District Corporation and Starbucks, Inc., and to Ice Rink Events/Frozen Water, L.P. which installed the fair-weather ice.the Bayside As part of the promotions, Starbucks will serve up a complimentary tall
