April 29 -- Police are looking for a man who attacked
a women with a knife while she was asleep in her Santa Monica apartment

The victim, who was alone in her unit in a complex on the 1200 block of 12th

The victim received several lacerations during the struggle and was transported
to a local hospital, where she was treated and released, Padilla said.
“The preliminary investigation indicates that the victim was home alone,

The suspect is described as a male, police said. There is no further description
