Crime Report

Between March 31 and April 3 the Santa Monica Police Department received 1,458 calls for service. They include reports of five batteries, four death investigations and one arson. This is a partial list.

1. 1:40 a.m. Battery just occurred, 2100 block of Pico Blvd., gone on arrival

2. 4:17 a.m. Assault with a deadly weapon just occurred, Shell @ 1800 Lincoln Blvd., report

3. 11:44 a.m. Battery report, Step Up On Second @ 1300 2nd St., report

4. 12:06 p.m. Indecent exposure just occurred, 2700 block of 11th St., gone on arrival

5. 12:39 p.m. Burglary to motor vehicle report, 500 block of 23rd St., telephonic report

6. 2:51 p.m. Death investigation/dead body, 900 block of 4th St., report

7. 7:44 p.m. Domestic violence in progress, 1900 block of 22nd St., field interview completed

8. 7:53 p.m. Domestic violence just occurred, 2300 block of Main St., report

4. 11:28 a.m. Burglary to motor vehicle report, 800 block of 14th St., report

5. 10:51 p.m. Shots fired, Lincoln Blvd./Ashland Ave., gone on arrival
