Crime Report

Between March 21 and March 23 the Santa Monica Police Department received 981 calls for service. They include reports of three armed robberies, two rapes and one runaway. This is a partial list.

4. 12:00 p.m. Attempted burglary report, 1000 block of Harvard St., report

5. 12:50 p.m. Child endangerment, 1400 block of Arizona Ave., general dispositions

6. 1:50 p.m. Lewd conduct, Urban Outfitters @ 1400 3rd St. Promenade, field interview completed

7. 1:52 p.m. Felony child beating, reported at Public Safety Facility @ 300 Olympic Dr., field interview completed

8. 10:50 p.m. Prostitution activity, Lincoln Blvd./Strand St., gone on arrival

9. 10:57 p.m. Strong arm robbery just occurred, Broadway, report

10. 10:59 p.m. Armed robbery just occurred, 1400 block of 5th St., report

11. 11:26 p.m. Strong arm robbery just occurred, 2800 block of Neilson Way, report

12. 11:36 p.m. Armed robbery just occurred, 1600 block of the beach, report
