By Lookout Staff June 23, 2010 -- Prosecutors on Monday decided not to pursue charges against a Camarillo man arrested last week in connection with the 2008 murder of an aspiring Santa Monica actress and model. The case against Ronnie Wayne Case, 34, is being sent back to the Santa Monica Police Department (SMPD) for further investigation, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. Kelly Soo Park, 44, who was arrested last week in Camarillo with Case, has been charged in the murder. Her arraignment was supposed to take place on Monday, but was postponed to June 28. An ongoing investigation continues of the murder of 21-year-old Juliana Redding, SMPD officials said last week. Additional suspects could be arrested. The Ventura County Star reported this week that Case is a racecar driver who frequently competes at Ventura Raceway. Park is an agent with Sherwood Financial & Investments in Thousand Oaks, which sponsors Case’s racecar. Those with information about this case should contact Lt.
